Dear Presenter,

I want to welcome you to the 2010 Wireless and Microwave Technology Conference and introduce ourselves. We will be chairing the reviewed poster session of this year’s conference. The reviewed poster session will take place on Day 2 of the conference, Tuesday, April 13 from 3:00-4:40 pm.  In order to keep on schedule I ask that each of you meet with one of us in the presentation room 20 min before the session begins to allow sufficient time to setup your poster. Please have your presentation ready in poster size format. Also, please prepare and e-mail to me a short biography (approximately 2-4 lines) about yourself.

A foam display board will be available for each poster to be presented.  Display board dimensions are 30” x 40”; please make sure your poster presentation fits into this allocated size.  There is no specific format for posters. (Click here for Poster Template, Click here to view an example of finished poster)

For clarity and organizational purposes, you are encouraged to follow the format of the two sample posters in the conference website.  Poster easels will also be provided for you.

Please check the conference website (www.wamicon.org) for updates on the technical agenda, for the specific day and time of your presentation.

Please remember that for poster presentation papers to be considered complete, the final version of your manuscript must be uploaded to the EDAS website. You should register for the conference at your earliest convenience.
