The reviewed poster session will take place on Day 1 of the conference and a foam display board will be available for each poster to be presented.  Display board dimensions are 30" x 40"; please make sure your poster presentation fits into this allocated size.  There is no specific format for posters.  (Click here for Poster Template, Click here to view an example of finished poster)

 

For poster presentation papers to be considered complete, the final version of your manuscript must be uploaded to the EDAS website. You should register for the conference at your earliest convenience. If you have any questions please call or e-mail me. I look forward to meeting you.

 

Reviewed paper posters are due to the Poster Session Chair (soft copy format) by Friday, April 1, 2011

 

 

Students:

 

Students who would like to present their research presentation posters at WAMICON 2011 may do so by contacting the poster session chair with their name and research presentation poster title. 

 

Student research presentations may be submitted up until Friday April 15, 2011
