Exhibitor Prospectus

The 13th annual IEEE Wireless and Microwave Technology Conference (WAMICON 2012) will be held in the beautiful Cocoa Beach area in Florida. The conference will address up-to-date multidisciplinary research needs and interdisciplinary aspects of wireless and RF technology. The program includes oral presentations, poster presentations, workshops, and tutorials. Prospective authors are invited to submit original and high-quality work for presentation at the WAMICON and for publication in IEEEXplore. The technical program will cover wireless communication systems and RF technologies.

The steering committee would like to invite your organization to gain high visibility as a sponsor at this international event. Past WAMICON events have included attendees from the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia with expertise in the fields of wireless and microwave technology from system level design to device and circuit implementation, particularly for commercial as well as military wireless and microwave systems such as 3G/4G, WLAN, SDR, 802.xx, and UWB, SATCOM, Radar, etc, and from RF up to mm-wave frequencies. A wide range of sponsorship options are available as outlined on the following page. If you have an idea for a sponsorship that is not listed, please inquire. All sponsors and exhibitors will be acknowledged in multiple ways including on the conference website, on signs at conference events, and in other printed and electronic promotions and digests associated with the event.

Exhibitor and sponsor who sign up prior to 12/20/11 will receive a 10% discount.

Exhibitor fees include food for two attendees, additional booth personnel/exhibitor attendees are required to purchase additional lunch tickets at time of registration. Please also note, that attendance to the banquet requires a ticket and at an additional cost.
