Submission Guide

Paper Prepare Guideline:

Authors are invited to submit papers electronically through the paper submission website. In order to be considered for publication by the Technical Program Committee, a minimum of 4 pages (maximum of 8 pages), clearly describing the concept and results must be submitted. However, the page number is not weighted in Technical Program Committee review. The paper must be submitted in PDF format and 1 Mbyte in file size. Hardcopy and email submissions will not be accepted. A final manuscript will be requested after the paper is accepted. Authors are encouraged to use the template available at the conference website. It is the authors’ responsibility to obtain all required company and government clearances prior to submission.
