Guideline to Prepare a Regular Submission:
Authors are invited to submit papers electronically, in pdf format, through TPMS. In order to be considered for publication by the Technical Program Committee, an initial submission of
3 pages (PDF format and 1 Mbyte in file size), clearly describing the concept and results must be submitted before the deadline of Jan. 15, 2013. Hardcopy and email submissions will not be accepted. Papers should clearly describe original concept and be supported by results.
The final manuscript, which has a page limit of 3–6 pages, will be requested only after the paper is accepted. Authors are encouraged to use the template available at the conference website. It is the authors’ responsibility to obtain all required company and government clearances prior to submission.
Qualification for student paper competition:
1. 1st author is a student;
2. 1st author needs to present the paper at the conference;
3. The 1st author’s advisor needs to provide a supporting letter to specify how significant the first author’s
contribution is;
4. The author needs to present a poster once selected into the finalist, normally top 3 candidates. And a group of judges will make a final decision;
Please note that the page limit for initial submission is 3 pages.
